Guwahati (Assam), May 17 : The state touched the 100 mark as three more persons tested Covid -19 positive here in Guwahati today.
According to state health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma all the three fresh cases are from Guwahati and they were presently in Sarusajai quarantine centre. Two infected patients came from Mumbai and the other patient is from Bihar.
With the three fresh cases , the number of active COVID19 positive is 55 in the state .
The Minister tweeted at 9.45 pm “Alert ~ Three persons are tested #COVID19 + in Guwahati. Two of them came from Mumbai while one arrived from Bihar. All 3 are in Sarusajai quarantine centre,↗️Total cases 100 ,↗️Recovered 41,↗️Active cases 55,↗️Deaths 2 .↗️Migrated 2 .”
