Guwahati( Assam), June 12 : The state reported 1 more death due to Covid taking the total number of deaths in the state to 7 .
Interestingly , the last 3 deaths occurred with a span of 1 week .

She who was a cancer patient and had tested Covid positive after her return from Delhi recently and was undergoing treatment at Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH).
The patient has been identified as Ms. Mangali Rani Das aged around 57 years .
She was from Hailakandi, but was later shifted to Silchar Medical College and Hospital after she was detected Covid positive.
