Guwahati (Assam), June 13 : The state recorded 2 deaths and 195 news Covid cases on Friday taking the total number of cases to 3963 .
2 Covid patients identified as Mantu Ramchiari (50) from Baksa and Mangali Rani Das from Hailakandi succumbed to the deadly virus at Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) and Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) respectively on Friday .
With this the total number of deaths due to Covid has risen to 8 with 4 deaths within a span of a week .
