Guwahati (Assam) , June 17 : A total of 95 new Covid positive cases were detected on Wednesday so far taking the total number of positive cases to 4605 .
In a good news , a total of 231 patients presently undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the state were discharged after they tested negative twice .
The Health Minister Dr . Himanta Biswa Sarma took to his twitter handle to confirm the cases .
He tweeted , “”📌Alert ~ 95 #COVID19+ cases. 21 Jorhat, 20 Golaghat, 12 Hailakandi, 6 Dibrugarh, 6 Kamrup, 7 Karbi Anglong, 4 Dhemaji, 4 Barpeta, 4 Cachar, 3 Bongaigaon, 2 Nagaon, 2 Udalguri, 1 Dima Hasao, 1 Sonitpur, 2 To be ascertained.”
