Imphal (Manipur), June 20 : The state reported 96 Covid positive cases in the past 24 hours which were confirmed by COVID-19 Common Control Room, Manipur.
A total 64 male and 32 female were confirmed of COVID-19 positive at VRDLs of JNIMS and RIMS, Manipur and they belong to different districts of Manipur. They are all returnees from other States.
All the new Covid positive patients are being shifted to the COVID Care facility and necessary medical precautionary measures like containment and contact tracing are in place.
In a good news , a total of 14 persons were discharged today from hospitals after they were found COVID-19 negative after testing twice .
The total number of recovered cases increased to 232 and recovery rate is 29.85 percent.
