Jowai (Meghalaya), Jan 25 : The 6th Meghalaya Games 2025 came to a thrilling end with a spectacular closing ceremony at the iconic Kiang Nangbah Football Stadium in Jowai. The week-long extravaganza brought together over 3500 athletes from across the state, competing in 29 sports.
The closing ceremony was graced by Deputy Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Sniawbhalang Dhar, as the Chief Guest. Other dignitaries in attendance included Wailadmiki Shylla, MLA of Jowai & Chairman of MUDA, and John F. Kharshiing, the Working President of Meghalaya State Olympic Association (MSOA).
