Shillong(Meghalaya), June 30 :1 more armed personnel tested Covid positive in Shillong today taking the total number of cases to 51 with 8 active cases .
Meanwhile , the state government decided to implement total lockdown in the areas in the state bordering Guwahati after sudden hike in the number of Covid cases in the city .

The Chief Minister tweeted on Monday night , “A high risk contact of a positive case(armed personnel) has tested positive for COVID 19 today in Shillong.”
