Assam Covid Update ; 248 fresh cases , 2 deaths , 555 recoveries

Guwahati (Assam) , Nov 7 : A total of 248 fresh Covid cases were detected out of 23232 tests conducted today, with positivity rate of 1.07%.

Among the new cases , Kamrup Metro recorded 77 new cases .

2 more patients succumbed to their infections today. They have been identified as Samser Ali (95) of Lakhimpur and Mrinal Borkakoty (45) of Tinsukia taking the death toll to 940 .

555 patients were discharged on Saturday after recovery .
