Guwahati(Assam) , June 4 : The state reported a total of 47 new Covid cases so far today taking the total number of cases to 1877.
Health Minister , Himanta Biswa Sarma stated that 47 new cases have detected in the state and 33 cases are from Hojai , 6 from Dhemaji , 4 from Bongaigaon , 3 from Barpeta and 1 from Baksa .

The total number of active cases as of now stands at 1457 and 413 patients have been released after recovery from various hospitals .
