Shillong (Meghalaya), July 5 :One returnee from Bihar to Umroi,in Ri Bhoi District and one BSF personnel in Shillong tested Covid positive today taking the total number of cases in the state to 72 .
The person from Bihar was under quarantine when he was tested positive .
