Shillong (Meghalaya) , June 4 : 2 more returnees to the state have tested Covid positive today taking the total number of positive cases in the state to 33 .
Confirming the cases , Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma said both the new cases were from Goa and Maharashtra and are under quarantine in Shillong . Both of them are doing fine and are healthy .
He tweeted on Wednesday , “Two more people who had returned to Meghalaya from Goa and Maharashtra have tested positive for COVID19. Both of them are under quarrantine in Shillong, East Khasi Hills District and are healthy.”
