Shillong (Meghalaya), July 24 : A 67 -year old lady succumbed to her infections on Thursday late night taking the death toll due to Covid -19 in the state to 5 .
According to official sources , the lady was admitted to the NEIGRIHMS on Wednesday with severe breathing problems .

According to the the Director of Health Services (MI), Dr. Aman War the patient succumbed to infection on Thursday night .
“The patients daughter has also tested positive for Covid -19 “, he added .
