Kohima(Nagaland), Aug 11 : 20 fresh Covid cases were detected in the state on Tuesday , taking the total number cases in the state to 3,031.
According to official sources , the new cases were detected out of 192 samples tested.
Out of the 20 fresh cases , 10 cases were detected in the capital Kohima while 9 cases were detected in Dimapur . 1 case was detected in Tuensang district .
Meanwhile ,contact tracing is fully put in force & all primary contacts are kept under self isolation to avoid further transmission.
Health MInister , S. Phom tweeted , “Out of 192 samples tested, 20 new +ve cases have been detected.10 in Kohima, 9 in Dimapur & 1 in Tuensang.
