Shillong (Meghalaya), March 26: The Government of Meghalaya’s Department of Tourism and Meghalayan Age Limited (MAL) are set to host the eagerly awaited Culinary Cascade 2026 on March 27-28 at Ward’s Lake, here.
This vibrant festival celebrates the state’s rich culinary heritage, showcasing indigenous Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo cuisines alongside contemporary interpretations.
Coinciding with SEETI Meghalaya, the event promises immersive experiences, including the signature ‘SEETI Table’ and a ‘Food Museum’ that takes visitors on a sensory journey through Meghalaya’s food traditions. The festival will also feature culinary dialogues, innovation showcases, and interactive installations.
