Guwahati (Assam) , June 26 : 33 more Covid patients succumbed to their infections in the last 24 hours and 2640 new cases were detected .
Among the new cases Kamrup(Metro) reported 172 cases .

These cases were detected after conducting 1,27,887 tests .
In a tweet , CM , Dr . H. B Sarma stated that the overall positivity rate for day was 2,06 % and the recovery rate stood at 93,33% .
