Shillong(Meghalaya ), May 5 : The Government of Meghalaya has declared the 10th May, 2023 a paid holiday for all Public/Private Commercial and Industrial Enterprise, etc (including shops and factories) situated under the 23-Sohiong (ST) Constituency in East Khasi Hills District to enable the voters to exercise their franchise in connection with the Bye Elections to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, 2023.
This was informed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Labour Department in a press a statement, today.
