Shillong(Meghalaya), Nov 5: The quarterfinals of the inaugural Meghalaya Women’s State League 2025 saw thrilling victories for Na Rympei Football Academy, Pay For Right Football Academy, and Jakrem SC, joining Laitkor SC in the semifinals. Laitkor SC had earlier thrashed Mawten SC 10-1 in their quarterfinal match.
Na Rympei Football Academy dominated Bright Future SSCC 8-1, with Pynhun Shulet scoring six goals. Pay For Right Football Academy edged out Mawlum Tyrsad SC 3-2 in a nail-biting match that went into extra time, with Ridalin Suting scoring the winning goal. Jakrem SC comfortably beat Diengshynrum SC 4-1.
The semifinals will feature Laitkor SC against Jakrem SC at the SSA Stadium and Na Rympei Football Academy against Pay For Right Football Academy at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) ground at NEHU, both on Saturday at 10 am.
