Shillong (Meghalaya), May 29 : 6 more returnees from Maharashtra, Bangalore , West Bengal and Chennai have tested positive for Covid 19 in the state today .
While confirming the cases , CM Conrad Sangma said that out of the 6 new cases , 3 are from South West Garo Hills, 1 from West Garo Hills , 1 from East Khasi Hills and 1 from West Khasi Hills.
Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma tweeted on Friday evening ”,Another 6 more residents who have returned to the State have tested positive for COVID19. 3 from South West Garo Hills, 1 from West Garo Hills, 1 from East Khasi Hills and 1 from West Khasi Hills. They had come from Maharashtra, Bangalore, West Bengal and Chennai. All are under quarantine and asymptomatic.”
