Tura(Meghalaya), Sep 3: Sherwood School in Tura, West Garo Hills (WGH) has suspended all classes after a student of Class X tested positive for the Corona Virus yesterday, Sep 2. The suspension of school comes in the wake of the state government allowing the opening of classes for studens of IX and X just 3 days ago.
The suspension of classes, as per the principal of the school, Tyrone D Brass comes after medical officials advised that classes be suspended.

Meanwhile the principal also added that all students of Class X would be provided free of cost test on Monday, Sep 6 while also advising parents of students to get their children and themselves tested before Monday if they showed any COVID symptoms.
