Assam : 3592 new Covid cases detected on Tuesday ; 13 more deaths

Guwahati (Assam) , Sept 29 : 13 Covid patients succumbed to their infections at various hospitals in the state on Tuesday taking the official death toll to 680 .

The state health department on Tuesday carried out more than 1 lakh plus tests and 3592 positive cases were detected in the state out 134570 tests conducted.

The positivity rate now stands at 2 . 67 %

The active cases stand at 34241 after a total of 142297 patients have discharged after recovery till date .
