Guwahati(Assam), Oct 6 : 18 more Covid patients succumbed to their infections on Tuesday taking the official death toll to 778 .
Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet said , 1184 #COVID cases detected out of 31780 tests today.

The positivity rate for the day was 3.73%.
Among the new cases today ,Kamrup Metro recorded 270 cases and Jorhat recorded 103 cases .
