Shillong(Meghalaya),Aug 27 :75 fresh Covid cases were reported in the state today taking the total no of cases to 2190 . However , the active cases stand at 1222 after a total of 899 patients have been discharged after recovery .

Out of the fresh cases, 29 were reported from East Khasi Hills , 15 from West Garo Hills , 1 from North Garo Hills , 2 from South West Garo Hills , 27 in East Garo Hills District .
25 patients were discharged today after recovery .
