Shillong (Meghalaya), March 13: East Khasi Hills police cracked three ATM theft cases, arresting five accused including two Haryana men and local facilitators.

Salim and Rahul from Haryana, John Fishal Lyngkhoi and Joyous Dura from Shillong, and Rejaul Korim and Lius Ali from Assam were nabbed.
Incriminating items were seized and a probe is ongoing to catch others. The thefts happened in Mawkriah, Smit, and Mylliem between May 2025 and February 2026.
