Shillong ( Meghalaya), Dec 7 : 77 new Covid cases were detected in the state today taking the total number of cases in the state to 12, 314 .
Among the new cases , 63 were reported in East Khasi Hills, 6 in West Jaintia Hills, 4 in West Garo Hills, 3 in South West Garo Hills and 1 in West Khasi Hills .

A total of 120 patients were declared recovered today .
The active cases in the state stand at 621 after the recovery of a total of 11, 573 cases . The death toll so far stands at 120 .
