Shillong (Meghalaya), Oct 14: Khliehrangnah, a village in West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya, has made headlines by securing joint third place in the Best Village Panchayat category at the 5th National Water Awards, 2023 .
This prestigious recognition was announced by Union Minister of Jal Shakti, CR Patil, at Shram Shakti Bhawan in New Delhi.
