Guwahati(Assam), May 16 : 2 more persons tested positive for COVID-19 taking , taking the total number of cases in the state to 91.
Both the cases were reported from Kumarpara area of the city .
In a tweet health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said at 12.15 pm , “Alert ~ 2 more persons, related to Aloo Godam case, test #COVID19 + in Guwahati.”

Yesterday three persons tested positive for coronavirus in the city .
To oversee the evacuation of two new patients , Sarma went to Kumarpara along with officials. They have been transferred to MMCH. Both the patients were asymptomatic, and were found through contact tracing.
