Guwahati (Assam), Oct 4 : 14 more Covid patients succumbed to their infections on Sunday taking the official death toll to 749 .
Assam Health Minister , Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma said that a total 756 Covid cases detected out of 13123 tests conducted on Sunday and the positivity rate for the day stands at 5.76%.

Out of the fresh cases , Kamrup Metro reported 211 cases .
A total of 1351 patients were discharged today after recovery .
