Guwahati(Assam) , May 29 : 30 new Covid cases were reported in the state on Friday taking the total number of cases to 910 .
According to a tweet by the state health minister , Himanta Biswa Sarma out of the 30 new cases 16 are from Golaghat , 6 from Karimganj , 2 each Lakhimpur, Cachar , Hailakandi and Karbi Anglong .

A total of 6 patients were discharged today from GMCH in Assam after being tested #COVID19 negative twice.
The active cases as of now stand at 794 after 109 patients have been discharged after they fully recovered .
