Guwahati (Assam), Sept 24 : A total of 2091 new Covid cases were detected and 11 more deaths were reported in the state on Thursday .

According to the Health Minister , Himanta Biswa Sarma 2091 Covid cases were detected today out of 28993 tests with a positivity rate of 7.21%
Among the new cases Kamrup Metro reported 452 cases ; Jorhat reported 191 cases ; Dibrugarh reported 136 cases and Golaghat- 127 cases .
A total of 2432 patients have been discharged today from various hosiptals across the state after recovery .
