Kokrajhar(Assam), Aug 22 : Sensation prevails in Kokrajhar after recovery of two dead bodies from two different locations in the district of Kokrajhar on Friday.
A dead body of a girl aged about 16 years was recovered at Dabragaon on Friday morning under Kokrajhar police station under mysterious circumstances .
The girls body was noticed by villagers lying near small river adjacent to Dabragaon.
It is learnt that girl was in love with a person from Dabragaon.The body was later taken by police in the presence of a magistrate.
The girl has been identified as Sunita Murmu(16) of Runikhata area of Chirang district and has been sent for postmortem.
According to local people,the girl was having an affair with a person by the name of Norshane Tudu of Dabragaon village.
Family members of girl said that they suspect to be a murder. Police have arrested Norshane Tudu for allegedly murdering the girl.
In a separate incident at Parbatjhora, the body of a youth was recovered at Shildhubi under Parbatjhora subdivision in Kokrajhar district.The body has been identified as Rahim Badsaa(32) of Molandubi village.
Badsaa was missing from Thursday afternoon while after going to the paddy field.Later,his body was recovered from the deep jungles of Shildhubi.
Kokrajhar district unit of ABMSU president Nazrul Islam condemned the incidents and demanded thorugh investigation into the incidents.
