Guwahati (Assam), June 21 : A total of 249 new Covid cases were detected in the state on Saturday taking the total number of cases to 5255 .
Meanwhile , at total of 136 patients were discharged from varios hospitals in the state after they tested twice .
The Health Minister tweeted , “Glad to share that 1⃣3⃣6⃣more patients have been discharged today from various civil, dist & model hospitals in Assam, after being tested negative.”
