Guwahati(Assam), Aug 29 : A total of 2427 new Covid cases were detected in the state on Saturday taking the total number of cases to 103794 .
Among the new cases detected on Saturday ,Kamrup Metro reported 459, Dibrugarh , 177 , Cachar 158 and Jorhat 136 .
A total of 1440 patients were discharged on Saturday after recovery .
