Shillong ( Meghalaya ), March 4: HSPDP MLA Methodius Dkhar’s office in Nongrimbah road locality of the city was set on fire by suspected members of his own party for supporting the NPP-BJP coalition said NPP leader Prestone Tynsong while addressing a press conference here on Saturday.

It may be mentioned that Methodius Dkhar along with another MLA Shakliar Warjri also from the same party on Friday rendered their support to the NPP-BJP alliance, which staked claim to form the next government in the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma.
According to him agitated supporters of Hill State People’s Democratic Party (HSPDP) went to Dkhar’s office on Friday night and set it on fire at around 9.30 pm on Friday
