Shillong ( Meghalaya), July 10 : Seven more Covid -19 patients succumbed to their infections in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 906 .
Four deaths were reported from East Khasi Hills , 2 from Ri Bhoi and 1 from South Garo Hills .

According to the figures released by the health department , 485 new cases were detected in the state on Saturday with East Khasi Hills on top with 161 cases followed by West Jaintia Hills at 96 and West Garo Hills at 70 .
A total of 506 patients were discharged on Saturday after full recovery .
The active cases as of now stand at 4,363 .
