Shillong (Meghalaya), Dec 10: The Joint Directorate of Health Services, hosted a joyous Advance Christmas celebration and the inaugural JDQC Awards ceremony at the Ratson Pavilion on Tuesday, Dec 9.. The event brought together healthcare professionals, officials, and dignitaries to recognize excellence in healthcare and usher in the festive spirit of Christmas.
Fifteen healthcare facilities were honored for achieving NQAS certification, demonstrating their commitment to quality care. Five special awards were also presented for outstanding achievements in maternal care, child-friendly services, and laboratory quality systems.
Health Minister Wailadmiki Shylla commended the healthcare teams for their dedication to providing quality healthcare services.
