Shillong ( Meghalaya), Nov 23 : The HANM East Khasi Hills District today closed down some of the Government offices in Shillong including the Khadi and Village Industries Commission for functioning on the occasion of Seng Kut Snem organized by Seng Khasi Seng Kmie.

The closing of these offices were undertaken under the leadership of its President L. Syiem and Secretary Bawan Nongsiej.
The officers of these offices did not resist the members of the organization and walked away from their offices.
