Shillong ( Meghalaya), Sep 3 : 193 new Covid cases were reported in the state in the last 24 hours out which 138 were from East Khasi Hills district .
One more patient succumbed to his infections in West Khasi Hills taking the death toll to 1,323.
According to official sources , 193 cases were detected in the state on Friday .

172 patients were also discharged on Friday after full recovery .
The active cases now stand at 2,295.
