Shillong ( Meghalaya), Dec 26 : Exhibiting good will gesture towards friendly neighboring nation, BSF Meghalaya handed over a Bangladeshi minor boy to Border Guard Bangladesh on International Border of South Garo Hills who had inadvertently crossed the International Boundary and entered into Indian territory on Dec 25 .
Patrolling party of BSF outpost Rongra under 43 Bn BSF intercepted the boy while he was roaming near the International Border.
The boy disclosed that he was not aware of the alignment of International boundary and entered into Indian territory unintentionally.
The minor was identified as Sahid (15 yrs) s/o Abdul Hamid resident of vill- Goragaon under dist- Netrakona, Bangladesh.
Border Guard, Bangladesh praised good will gesture by BSF during the meeting in which the boy was handed over .
