Tura(Meghalaya), July 17: The BJP Meghalaya has appointed Tura MDC, Bernard N Marak as in-charge and David Kharsati as the co-incharge of the Central Scheme – Prime Minister Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY).
The two functionaries will monitor the implementation of the schemes under PMGKAY in all the districts of Meghalaya and submit reports of any anomalies in their findings which will be submitted to the headquarters at Delhi.
As per a release today, the two have been appointed by BJP state president, Ernest Mawrie, on the direction of central leaders.
“Any complaints regarding PMGKAY can also be submitted to the in charge and co-incharge in written format. These will be immediately be looked into by them. We want to ensure that all schemes reach the grass root level benefiting all beneficiaries,” said the release by the BJP.
