Shillong (Meghalaya), Dec 12 : One more Covid death was reported in East Khasi Hills today taking the death toll to 125 .
On Saturday , 98 new cases were detected in the state taking the state tally to 12, 743 .

Out of the new cases 61 were from East Khasi Hills which included 24 cases from Madanrting area of Shillong , 25 from West Jaintia Hills including 13 from Mynthong , 6 from Ri Bhoi district , 2 each from East Garo Hills and West Garo Hills and 1 each from North Garo Hills and South Garo Hills .
A total of 50 patients were declared recovered today .
