Seven more COVID cases in Assam, figure mounts to 210

Guwahati(Assam ), May 21 : There has been further spike in the number of COVID19 cases with 7 more positive cases reported on Thursday evening mounting the figure to 210.

Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet said the fresh cases are from the zonal quarantine centre at Tezpur University campus.

Of these ,5 cases are from Sonitpur district and 2 from Lakhimpur district.
The Health Minister tweeted at 10 pm ,” 📍Alert ~ 7 persons at Zonal Quarantine Centre at Tezpur Univ test #COVID19 +. 5 are from Sonitpur, 2 from Lakhimpur.↗️Total cases 210,↗️Recovered 54,↗️Active cases 149,↗️Deaths 04,↗️Migrated 03.”
