Guwahati(Assam), Sept 20 : NRL today presented the 1st Interim Dividend of Rs.114.76 Crore to the Govt. of Assam for the FY 2022-23 for its equity stake of 26% in the Company.
Chairman NRL and CMD OIL- Dr. Ranjit Rath presented the Dividend Cheque to Chief Minister of Assam-Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in the presence of Minister of State, Petroleum and Natural Gas- Rameswar Teli, MD NRL- Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan; Director (Finance) NRL,Indranil Mittra;Independent Director of NRL Board – Sudip Pradhan and GM (Corp. Comm.) NRL- Smti. Madhuchanda Adhikari at the State Secretariat here .
Earlier on August 8 , the Board of Directors of NRL had approved thepayment of 1 st Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2022-23 @60% (i.e. Rs.6.00/- per fully paid equity shares of Rs.10/- each) on the paid up share capital of the Company.
