Assam Covid Spike : 2394 new cases , 19 deaths on Wednesday

Guwahati (Assam) , Sept 16 : 19 more Covid death were reported from various hospital across the state of Wednesday taking the death toll to 511 .

Meanwhile , 2394 new Covid cases were detected in the state on Wednesday .

Among the new cases , 556 were reported from Kamrup Metro, 184 from Dibrugarh , 161 from Jorhat and 158 from Golaghat .

A total of 1849 patients discharged today after recovery .

Positivity Rate- 7.37%
