Guwahati(Assam), Oct 8 : 9 more Covid patients succumbed to their infections at various hospitals across the state today taking the death toll due to Covid -19 to 794 .
Health Minister , Himanta Biswa Sarma said 1188 new COVID cases were detected out of 32408 tests today out of which Kamrup Metro reported 232 cases and Jorhat 111 cases . The The positivity rate was 3.67%.
