Shillong ( Meghalaya), Oct 10 : Langsning edged out Laitkor 2-1 in a nail-biting Shillong Premier League 2025 match at the SSA Stadium. The rain poured down just as the match began, but Langsning’s strategy paid off, with Nelson Rymbai and Chusrang Sangma scoring crucial goals in the 14th and 18th minutes, respectively.

Despite a strong comeback from Laitkor in the second half, Fridison Wanniang’s header in the 55th minute wasn’t enough to salvage a draw. The win propels Langsning to the top of the table with 17 points, two points ahead of Shillong Lajong and Mawlai, who both have a game in hand. Laitkor, meanwhile, remains in seventh place with 8 points.
