Shillong ( Meghalaya ), June 27 : The Deputy Commissioner , East Khasi Hills in an order has directed that shops are allowed to open in the market under certain terms and conditions in wake of Covid -19 pandemic .
In an order issued on Sunday , Deputy Commissioner ,Ms. I Laloo said as per order of the High Court of Meghalaya, all shops should display Vaccination status of the shopkeepers and staff in the visible/distinct locations as “VACCINATED or NOT VACCINATED”.

Shopkeepers and staff and staff not willing to get vaccinated will have to produce the RT-PRC Negative Report on every 10 days.
The Incident Commander, Zone-IV and the Syiem of Hima Mylliem will regulate and ensure strict compliance to the protocols by all concerned.
