Meghalaya : One more Covid positive in Tura , Total cases move to 21

Shillong (Meghalaya), May 28 : One person tested positive for Covid – 19 today taking the total number of cases in the state to 21 .

Confirming the case , Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma in a tweet said that the person had travelled from Haryana and is presently under quarantine in Tura .

He tweeted on Thursday evening , ”Another person who had travelled from Haryana has turned out positive. Person is in Tura and under quarantine. Total Cases : 21, Recovered : 12, Deceased :1, Active Cases : 8.”
