Jowai(Meghalaya), Dec 2: In a first-of-its-kind initiative, the Society for Urban and Rural Empowerment (SURE) is hosting the inaugural batch of students from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong as part of the Institute’s Community Immersion Programme.
The programme aims to leverage IIM Shillong’s business expertise to provide strategic guidance and actionable solutions to local businesses in the North East region. The initiative also seeks to equip entrepreneurs with valuable professional insights, driving economic and social development in the community.
During the programme, students will contribute their expertise to foster the growth of local businesses, gaining hands-on experience and applying their knowledge to address real-world challenges faced by local enterprises.
