Shillong ( Meghalaya ), Feb 16 : The Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) elections are scheduled to take place on April 10, 2026, with results expected on April 14. The National People’s Party (NPP) has released its first list of 24 candidates, covering various constituencies across the Garo Hills region. The list includes notable candidates such as Calis G. Momin from Siju, Jewil S. Marak from Wagesik, and Charmingstar N. Sangma from Tura .
