Arunachal Pradesh : Fire breaks out in Dirang, 45 houses gutted

Dirrang (Arunachal Pradesh), Jan 28 : More than 45 houses and shop have been gutted in an inferno  at Dirang in West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh   , Indo-Tibetan Border police( ITBP)  and Sashatra Seema Bal (SSB)  personnel’s rescued several people from the area ,sources said .
 
The devastating fire spread on  both sides of the road  which is very narrow ,damaging several shops  houses  within  a span of an hour , officials said .
 
The  cause of the fire is  yet to be ascertained  .But  no casualties have been reported ,so far.  
 
The ITBP officials rescued 100 civilians from the site and helped douse the  flames . Due to timely action , The district administration also able to save property   worth few  lakhs .
